What experience do your experts have?

We have highly experienced project managers with many years of project experience and impeccable references in the areas of recruiting, HR management, HR business partnering and payroll/payroll accounting. If required, we are happy to put you in touch with contact persons at our (former) clients.

What does a collaboration cost?

We charge on an hourly or daily rate basis. However, our price points vary greatly depending on the requirements and the duration of the project, but they are definitely in line with the market. We will be happy to make you a concrete offer after a brief personal meeting.

How is the collaboration resolved under labor law?

Depending on the arrangement, cooperation can take place on the basis of a service contract or on the basis of a temporary employment contract. We have a corresponding license for this, so that we can ensure a clean setup under employment law in any case.

Is there a minimum term for the collaboration?

No, but it does not make sense to work with us for less than 3 months because - even if the induction period is very short due to our expertise - it takes a little time for our experts to join the team and familiarize themselves with your processes.
