Introduction

In a challenging project, we supported INN-tegrativ gGmbH in its search for an experienced HR manager for its location in Bookholzberg. The challenge was to find a payroll expert who could independently manage the entire payroll for around 100 employees and at the same time act as a contact person for personnel matters.

Problems

  • Skills shortage and recruitment difficulties: INN-tegrativ needed an HR specialist with extensive experience in payroll accounting for its location in Bookholzberg, who would independently prepare the entire payroll for the location there and serve as a contact person for the workforce in HR matters. The work should primarily take place on site.

Solutions

  • Efficient profiling and successful filling of key positions: In consultation with INN-tegrativ, we were able to extend the search as far as possible and specify the requirements for the vacancy in terms of availability on the market. We were able to completely fill all target profiles in an appropriate environment on two channels (LinkedIn and Stepstone) and thus offer the vacancy to a large audience.

Summary of the project

Over 350 candidates were successfully contacted and more than 100 significant contacts were made. Subsequently, we conducted 8 pre-qualifying interviews to identify the best talent for our clients. Finally, we forwarded 3 suitable and interested profiles to our clients to move the recruitment process forward. Our dedicated work and focus on quality helped to find suitable candidates for the open positions.
