Introduction
At a time of upheaval and expansion plans, Kornit Digital turned to us to help them overcome their HR challenges. With a clear focus on filling key positions in sales, finance, service and production, it was crucial to have a partner that not only had a proven track record, but also the flexibility to manage a large number of vacancies.
Problems
- Lack of recruitment structures: Kornit Digital had recently lost its HR partner and needed recruitment support to meet its growth targets and expand sales, finance, service and in-house production. Their HR department also lost its head shortly afterwards, resulting in a large gap in workforce planning within the European region.

- Efficient talent sourcing with the help of an experienced interim recruiter: By hiring our experienced interim recruiter, who had an impressive track record, we were able to successfully fill the desired positions.
- Optimization of the recruitment process: The collaboration with Talentspring led to the design of a cost- and time-efficient recruitment process. To ensure optimal implementation, the internal HR team received extensive training on interviewing and hiring employees.

Summary of the project
Through active sourcing and paid advertising, 30 permanent positions were filled, including HR Director, Head of Demand Generation, Senior F&A Controller and many other senior positions in sales, marketing and finance. We also developed temporary staffing partnerships and filled positions across the EMEA region. In addition, we supported North America in the search for C-level candidates and achieved a hiring rate of 50% for the candidates placed. Due to the high level of performance, the contract was extended two more times.
In addition to recruitment activities, we supported the streamlining of the hiring process, the creation of internal processes for job descriptions and benefits, and the delivery of training on interviewing and hiring in various areas.
