After a phase of rapid growth, BBG was forced to focus on sustainable growth due to changing market conditions. However, when planning the strategic realignment, deficits in the personnel structure became apparent. To relieve the burden on its own HR team, the Berlin Brands Group commissioned Talentspring with the active sourcing of specialists.
